Hint: My pork loin was partially frozen when I baked it. If yours is not, cooking times may need to be adjusted.
Before putting the barbecue sauce and spice rub on, I like to trim the excess fat off of the pork loin.
An important thing to remember during cooking time, is checking to make sure the sauce does not burn in dish.

Storage
I found the best way to store barbecue brown sugar baked pork loin leftovers is in an airtight container. And this wonderful juicy pork loin can be refrigerated for up to three days. It makes wonderful leftovers for the next day or so. If you wait much longer, it can become dry and no longer have its' natural juices.
Frugal Tip
Buying a smaller amount of this meat will help save money. So, consider whipping up this delicious dish for your family on a busy weeknight. Just remember that it will take a little time to cook but little time to prepare.
FAQ
Should I brown pork loin before baking?
This recipe does not call for browning the pork loin. But yes, you can if you would like to. Without browning it, it still came out in one of my favorite ways. Which is full of natural juices and tender pork.
