This barbecue brown sugar baked pork loin in oven recipe offers tenderness and flavorful goodness for your taste buds. It is drenched and then baked in a wonderful bbq sauce and brown sugar rub.
Pour a generous amount of your favorite barbecue sauce into a baking dish. Using a basting pastry brush or spoon spread it out over the entire bottom of dish.
Pour the brown sugar, salt, black pepper and garlic powder into a small bowl and mix together well. Making a spice rub.
Place pork in dish and pour barbecue sauce over it. Using the basting pastry brush or spoon, spread it all over the outside of the pork.
Spread the brown sugar seasoning rub all over the top and sides of the pork loin. Place in the preheated oven and cook for one hour and twenty-five minutes. Checking on it every 20-30 minutes.

Hint: My pork loin was partially frozen when I baked it. If yours is not, cooking times may need to be adjusted.Before putting the barbecue sauce and spice rub on, I like to trim the excess fat off of the pork loin.An important thing to remember during cooking time, is checking to make sure the sauce does not burn in dish.
