Instructions How to Cook Frozen Empanadas
- Step 1: If you would like to add butter, after melting it in microwave, brush some on top of the pastry dough. I used a pastry brush.
- Step 2: Next, place aluminum foil on the air fryer basket to make cleanup afterward a breeze. Then place your air fryer frozen empanadas in a single layer. Air fry at 350 degrees. For best results, carefully turn them halfway through. Usually after 8-10 minutes. For a total cooking time of approximately twenty minutes. Carefully remove from air fryer when done.
Step 3: Lastly it is time to plate your cooked air fryer empanadas. Eat them plain or with your favorite dipping sauces.
Hint: Because air frying time may vary, be sure to keep an eye out for uncooked empanadas and also overcooked. As some may need less time or a little more.
