This easy to make puff baked brie air fryer pastry is so delicious. It makes for a yummy snack. And the gooey cheese helps make it a delicious appetizer too. The air fryer brie takes very little time to prepare as well. And you can serve it by itself or with a topping.
I am a cheese lover, and this brie melt makes for a perfect bite paired with some crackers.
A different way to possibly use it too is on a charcuterie board. This air fryer brie cheese would make a wonderful addition to it.

All you need for this dish is a wheel of brie cheese. There is no need to add any additional toppings if you do not want to. The rich flavor of the air fryer baked brie is amazing on its own.

- 8-ounce wedge of brie cheese-you can also use a brie wheel.
Optional ingredients for the top of the puff pastry.
You can place any of these items in the center of pastry and use a pastry brush to spread.

- A piece of parchment paper
- Small bowl
- Airtight container

Directions
- Unwrap the brie cheese and place it on a piece of parchment paper. This helps to catch any cheese that could run falling onto the basket and tray below. I did keep the outer rind on the cheese while it was cooking.
- Then place the brie cheese and parchment paper in the center of the air fryer basket. And then place the air fryer tray below it.
- Set the temperature to 350 degrees, and air fry the brie cheese for eight minutes. The exact time may vary depending on how melted you would like the cheese to be.
- Carefully remove the air fryer basket and tray from the air fryer as it will be hot.
- When it cools a little bit, remove the outer rind and discard it.
- Place the brie cheese in a small bowl for serving.
When finished air frying, there may be some cheese that ran onto the parchment paper. I just scrape it off and place it in a small bowl with the rest of the cheese for serving.
The melty cheese is delicious and has a creamy texture. Making it a great choice and it is an easy recipe too.
Refrigerate any leftover baked brie in an airtight container.
