- 17.5 oz sugar cookie baking mix package
- 1 large egg
- 8 tablespoon unsalted butter
Frosting
- 8 oz package cream cheese
- 8 tablespoon unsalted butter

- ½ cup powdered sugar

- 8 large strawberries
- 20 blueberries
- 16 raspberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Line a pizza pan or cookie sheet with parchment paper. Using cooking spray, spray the parchment paper or pan.

- Form the cookie dough into a ball and using a rolling pin roll it out completely. Making a round pizza crust shape. Bake in the oven for approximately fourteen minutes.
