Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless/skinless pink salmon
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 wedge of lime
Instructions
- Lay each piece of salmon on a square piece of aluminum foil. And there is no need for cooking spray on them.
- Drizzle extra virgin olive oil over each piece of salmon. Using a pastry brush, spread it evenly on both the top and bottom of them.
- Squirt the wedge of lime over the top of the salmon and then sprinkle each with salt and pepper. Do this on just the top of each piece.
- Pull up two of the sides and fold them over, pinching them together. Then pull each of the remaining sides up and pinch together also. Making like a little boat shape.
- Place each of the salmon foil packets in the air fryer basket. Then, place the basket on top of the air fryer rack inside of the air fryer.
- Bake at 350 degrees for thirty to thirty-five minutes to bake salmon.
