1 air fryer
1 air fryer basket
1 air fryer tray
¼ teaspoon
1 Tablespoon
aluminum foil
1 pastry brush
1 Airtight container
- 1 pound boneless/skinless pink salmon
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 wedge of lime
Lay each piece of salmon on a square piece of aluminum foil. And there is no need for cooking spray on them.
Drizzle extra virgin olive oil over each piece of salmon. Using a pastry brush, spread it evenly on both the top and bottom of them.
Squirt the wedge of lime over the top of the salmon and then sprinkle each with salt and pepper. Do this on just the top of each piece.
Pull up two of the sides and fold them over, pinching them together. Then pull each of the remaining sides up and pinch together also. Making like a little boat shape.
Place each of the salmon foil packets in the air fryer basket. Then, place the basket on top of the air fryer rack inside of the air fryer.
Bake at 350 degrees for thirty to thirty-five minutes to bake salmon.
Hint: When the salmon is finished cooking, it is okay if it has pieces of white on it.
