This baked cauliflower rice turkey meatballs recipe is a healthy twist on traditional meatballs. The riced cauliflower and ground turkey meatballs are hearty and great on their own or accompanying a dish. These tender turkey meatballs only have six ingredients and are full of taste.

Ingredients for cauliflower rice turkey meatballs
- Ground turkey: I used 85% lean ground turkey meat.
- Frozen riced cauliflower: Choose from different flavors.
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Black pepper
- Salt
- Extra virgin olive oil: I placed this on the foil.

Instructions to make baked cauliflower rice turkey meatballs.
Step 1: First, preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2: Then place aluminum foil on a sheet pan. Pour ¼ teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil over the foil and spread over all of it.
- Step 3: Next, in a medium bowl, combine ground turkey, frozen riced cauliflower, garlic and onion powder, black pepper and salt. Using your hands, mix all of the ingredients together well. This may take about 2-3 minutes.
- Step 4: Then measure out the ground turkey mixture into nine ¼ cup serving sizes.
- Step 5: Now form each serving portion of meat mixture into a ball by rolling together between your hands. After that, place in a single layer on the foil.
- Step 6: Then cook in the oven for approximately thirty minutes. Lastly, remove from oven and allow to slightly cool. In the meantime, prepare any sauces or dish you may accompany them with. After that, enjoy!
Hint: You can make the meatballs any size you would like. And in addition to rolling them, another option to making them round is by using a cookie scoop.
Variations
- Toppings - If you would like additional flavor, you could add a topping. Some ideas include marinara sauce, tomato sauce, hot sauce or sprinkling on some parmesan cheese or mozzarella cheese. And in addition to those, for garnish you can top them off with fresh basil, basil pesto or sesame seeds.
