  • 1 sheet pan
  • aluminum foil
  • 1 Airtight container

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • ½ cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • teaspoon garlic powder
  • teaspoon onion powder
  • teaspoon black pepper
  • teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon extra virgin olive oil for the aluminum foil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Place aluminum foil on a sheet pan. Pour ¼ teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil over the foil and spread over all of it.
  • In a medium bowl, combine ground turkey, frozen riced cauliflower, garlic and onion powder, black pepper and salt. Using your hands, mix all of the ingredients together well. This may take about 2-3 minutes.
  • Measure out the ground turkey mixture into nine ¼ cup serving sizes.
  • Form each serving portion of meat mixture into a ball by rolling together between your hands. Then place in a single layer on the foil.
  • Cook in the oven for approximately thirty minutes.
