This baked cauliflower rice turkey meatballs recipe is a healthy twist on traditional meatballs. The riced cauliflower and ground turkey meatballs are hearty and great on their own or accompanying a dish.
¼teaspoonextra virgin olive oil for the aluminum foil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place aluminum foil on a sheet pan. Pour ¼ teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil over the foil and spread over all of it.
In a medium bowl, combine ground turkey, frozen riced cauliflower, garlic and onion powder, black pepper and salt. Using your hands, mix all of the ingredients together well. This may take about 2-3 minutes.
Measure out the ground turkey mixture into nine ¼ cup serving sizes.
Form each serving portion of meat mixture into a ball by rolling together between your hands. Then place in a single layer on the foil.
Cook in the oven for approximately thirty minutes.
