This Cauliflower turkey burger made with cauliflower rice recipe not only tastes wonderful but is also healthy too. When I make hamburgers, I also make turkey burger patties as well. And this is my go-to recipe for them. Anytime there are leftovers of these delicious burgers, they do not last long.

Frugal Tip
I like to wait until ground turkey meat goes on sale and stock up when I can. That really helps to make this recipe frugal.
Ingredients
- Olive oil cooking spray
- Ground turkey meat
- Frozen cauliflower rice
- Black pepper
- Kosher salt
- Garlic powder
Toppings
- Sweet onion, white or red onion. And green onions too.
- Cheese-sliced or shredded such as parmesan cheese.
- Lettuce
- Tomato
- Ketchup, tomato sauce
- Mustard
- Steak sauce
Equipment needed.
- Large mixing bowl
- Large skillet
- Spatula
- Measuring cup
- Measuring spoon
Directions to make Cauliflower Turkey Burger Made with Cauliflower Rice!
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey meat with all of the other ingredients. Mixing it all together well.
- Next, divide the turkey mixture into equal portions.
- Spray a little bit of olive oil cooking spray onto the skillet.
- Place the turkey patties in the skillet and cook over medium heat for about five minutes.
- Turn over and continue cooking for another five minutes or so.
- Cook until the turkey patties are cooked all the way through. Turning over as needed.
- Remove from heat and serve with your favorite toppings or by itself. I enjoy eating my cauliflower turkey burger on a pretzel bun.
If you have leftovers, refrigerate for up to a few days in an airtight container. If you are not going to eat them by then, you can freeze them. I like to place a piece of parchment paper in between each one. Then I place them in a zip lock bag. Freeze for up to a couple of months.
