- Greek vanilla yogurt - adding protein and a creamy texture.
- frozen strawberries - I used sliced strawberries for easier blending, although you can use whole as well.
- apple juice - I used one hundred percent apple juice.
- banana - I broke into chunks for easier blending.
- honey - I used organic although you do not need to if you prefer.

Step 1: First, add the ice, strawberries and banana into blender and blend for thirty seconds.

Step 2: Second add the remaining ingredients altogether and puree for thirty seconds making a creamy smoothie. Lastly, let sit for about two minutes, pour into a glass and enjoy.

- Fresh fruit - add fresh strawberries and fresh bananas rather than frozen if you would like.

I like that this is a relatively easy recipe and I've missed Panera! Moved away from the nearest one :'(.
Do you have any suggestions for making it thicker? I've tried protein powder, but the taste is off, blending less time but then I get crunchy bits. I'm just having a little difficulty finding a method that thickens without changing the flavor of whatever smoothing I make.
