This copycat Mcdonalds pancake recipe has simple ingredients and makes delicious pancakes. Here is the list to make the pancake batter.
- Olive oil cooking spray
- All-purpose flour
- Baking powder
- Sugar
- Milk
- Whole eggs
- Vegetable oil

My favorite way to eat these fluffy pancakes is with melted butter and a drizzle of maple syrup. There are so many delicious options to choose for toppings. Here are some examples.

Equipment needed.
- Large mixing bowl
- Non-stick skillet or frying pan.
- Measuring cups
- Whisk
- Spatula
- Airtight container or freezer bag.
Directions for an easy copycat Mcdonald's pancake recipe!
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients together, stirring with a whisk in a circular motion. Making sure to not over stir making the pancake batter runny.
- Spray skillet with olive oil cooking spray. I use a non-stick skillet.
- Using a ⅓ cup of the batter, equally pour batter into skillet. Cook over medium heat.
- Let cook until bubbling, approximately one and a half to two minutes.
- With a spatula, gently scoop up each pancake and flip over. Note- if pancake is sticking to skillet, allow to cook just a bit longer. The second side will not take as long to cook. It may take about one minute.
- Continue until all of the pancake batter is used up.
Helpful Tip
For best results, here is the way I have found to check to see if my homemade pancakes are done. I carefully insert a toothpick into each pancake before removing it from the skillet. If there is batter on it, I know they are not completely done cooking yet.
