First, drain the corn and black beans, rinsing the black beans well and put into a large bowl.
Second, dice the onion, tomato and cilantro and add to the bowl.
Next, add the sea salt, black pepper and minced fresh garlic to the mixture and toss well.
In a saucepan, pour the mixture in. Over medium heat for about ten minutes, cook the corn salsa recipe, stirring frequently.
Remove from heat and let cool. Spritz the mixture with fresh lime juice and mix well.
Refrigerate until ready to eat.
