Mild Amish Corn Salsa Recipe with Black Bean!

  • ¼ Cup measuring cup
  • ⅛ teaspoon
  • 1 Large bowl
  • 1 saucepan
  • 1 sharp knife for dicing
  • 1 Airtight container

Ingredients
  

  • 1 15.25 oz can of sweet corn-drained
  • 1 15.25 oz can of black beans-rinsed well
  • ¼ cup diced red onions.
  • ¼ cup diced fresh tomato.
  • ¼ lime fresh squeezed juice
  • 1 clove fresh minced garlic.
  • teaspoon sea salt
  • teaspoon black pepper
  • 5 fresh leaves cilantro

Instructions
 

  • First, drain the corn and black beans, rinsing the black beans well and put into a large bowl.
  • Second, dice the onion, tomato and cilantro and add to the bowl.
  • Next, add the sea salt, black pepper and minced fresh garlic to the mixture and toss well.
  • In a saucepan, pour the mixture in. Over medium heat for about ten minutes, cook the corn salsa recipe, stirring frequently.
  • Remove from heat and let cool. Spritz the mixture with fresh lime juice and mix well.
  • Refrigerate until ready to eat.

Notes

This Amish corn salsa recipe is great to pair with nacho chips, to add to tacos or top burrito bowls with. It is very easy to make and a perfect addition for a meal.
