Ingredients

extra virgin olive oil
2
cloves
garlic minced.

diced onion.

frozen spinach

teaspoon

can diced tomatoes.

Italian sausages

cup
uncooked orzo pasta

chicken broth

cup
water

milk

Instructions
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the Italian sausage according to its' package directions. When cooled, dice into small pieces.
In a large stock pot, sauté over medium heat the olive oil, minced garlic and onion until soft.
Next, add the remaining ingredients except for the Italian sausage and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
Turn down to medium heat and cook for ten minutes. Don't let it boil anymore. Stir occasionally.
Add the Italian sausage and cook on low for another ten minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and stir.
Notes
