Equipment

  • 1 Large bowl
  • 1 Crockpot
  • 1 spoon
  • 1 Airtight container

Ingredients
  

  • 12 ounces boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 ½ cups gluten free chicken broth
  • ¼ cup chopped white onion
  • teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon black pepper
  • teaspoon garlic salt
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup Dijon mustard

Instructions
 

Cooking chicken in crockpot

  • Pour one cup of gluten free chicken broth in bottom of crockpot.
  • Add a pinch of black pepper and salt, and ⅛ teaspoon garlic salt and mix well.
  • Place boneless skinless chicken breasts into crockpot and cover with ½ cup of remaining gluten free chicken broth.
  • Place lid on, and cook on low for approximately five hours. Or until chicken is cooked through and no longer pink.

Putting it all together

  • In a large bowl, mix chopped white onion, salt, black pepper, mayonnaise and Dijon mustard together well.
  • After chicken has cooled, shred or cut into cubes.
  • Mix the sauce and chicken all together.
