Instructions
Cooking chicken in crockpot
Pour one cup of gluten free chicken broth in bottom of crockpot.
Add a pinch of black pepper and salt, and ⅛ teaspoon garlic salt and mix well.
Place boneless skinless chicken breasts into crockpot and cover with ½ cup of remaining gluten free chicken broth.
Place lid on, and cook on low for approximately five hours. Or until chicken is cooked through and no longer pink.
Putting it all together
In a large bowl, mix chopped white onion, salt, black pepper, mayonnaise and Dijon mustard together well.
After chicken has cooled, shred or cut into cubes.
Mix the sauce and chicken all together.
