Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a pan with ¼ to ½ teaspoon extra virgin olive oil.
Mix the dry ingredients, All-purpose flour, white sugar, brown sugar, and baking powder together well with a spoon. You may want to use a whisk as well.
Then add the melted butter, eggs, almond milk and vanilla extract. Stir together until all blended and pour batter into the greased prepared pan.
Sprinkle ground cinnamon over top of the cake batter. With a fork, swirl it through the cake batter.
Bake in oven for twenty to twenty-five minutes. Insert a fork or toothpick in center of the cake to check for doneness. It will come out clean when cake is done baking.
While the cake is baking, prepare the delicious topping ingredients for the simple glaze. In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Using a whisk to help stir glaze ingredients.
Once out of the oven, pour the cream cheese glaze over warm cake.
