¼teaspoonsaltmore for sprinkling on top when done baking.
¼teaspoongarlic powder
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
The first step to make this perfect side dish is to grease a large baking sheet with olive oil. You could also use vegetable oil or cooking spray.
Next, scrub the potatoes well under cool water. I like to use a potato brush for this. Pat potatoes dry with a paper towel.
Slice potatoes into what you feel is the perfect wedge size.
In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, black pepper, salt and garlic powder and mix well.
Add the potato wedges to the bowl and cover them well with the mixture.
On a greased, large baking sheet place the wedges in a single layer.
Bake your potato wedges for thirty minutes. Flipping over after fifteen minutes.
Remove from oven carefully, sprinkle with more salt if you would like and let cool a little bit.
I then like to place the potato wedges on paper towels to help soak up possible grease.
Notes
If you have any leftover copycat Buffalo wild wings potato wedges, store them in an airtight container or a plastic bag. Keep refrigerated for up to a few days.
