Equipment

  • 1 Large skillet
  • 1 Cutting board
  • 1 Large bowl or mixing bowl
  • 1 Smaller bowl
  • 1 Serving platter or tray
  • 1 Pair of tongs

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound frozen or fresh boneless chicken breasts
  • ΒΌ quart buttermilk
  • 1.5 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add the flour, salt and pepper into a large bowl.
  • Pour the buttermilk into a smaller bowl.
  • On a cutting board, slice your fresh boneless chicken breasts into thin long strips
  • Dip each strip individually into the buttermilk.
  • Combine chicken and flour mixture by dredging the strip through it.
  • Set aside on a paper towel.
  • Continue with the remaining strips of chicken.
  • Put olive oil in a large skillet.
  • Over medium heat, cook the chicken lips evenly on both sides, until there is no pink.
