Ingredients

olive oil

pound
frozen or fresh boneless chicken breasts
ΒΌ

buttermilk

cups
flour
1
teaspoon
kosher salt
1
teaspoon
black pepper
Instructions
Add the flour, salt and pepper into a large bowl.
Pour the buttermilk into a smaller bowl.
On a cutting board, slice your fresh boneless chicken breasts into thin long strips
Dip each strip individually into the buttermilk.
Combine chicken and flour mixture by dredging the strip through it.
Set aside on a paper towel.
Continue with the remaining strips of chicken.
Put olive oil in a large skillet.
Over medium heat, cook the chicken lips evenly on both sides, until there is no pink.
