Ingredients

olive oil cooking spray

pound
ground turkey meat
1
cup
frozen cauliflower rice
¼
teaspoon
black pepper
¼
teaspoon
kosher salt
¼
teaspoon
garlic powder
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey meat with all of the other ingredients. Mixing it all together well.
Next, divide the turkey mixture into equal portions.
Spray a little bit of olive oil cooking spray onto the skillet.
Place the turkey patties in the skillet and cook over medium heat for about five minutes.
Turn over and continue cooking for another five minutes or so.
Cook until the turkey patties are cooked all the way through. Turning over as needed.
Remove from heat and serve with your favorite toppings or by itself. I enjoy eating my cauliflower turkey burger on a pretzel bun.
