Equipment

  • 1 air fryer
  • 1 air fryer basket
  • aluminum foil
  • cooking spray
  • Tongs
  • plate
  • Airtight container

Ingredients

  • 8 hotdogs
  • 8 crescent rolls I used original

Instructions

  • First, line an air fryer basket with aluminum foil and then spray with cooking spray.
  • Second, unroll each crescent roll then at the shortest side of each triangle, place a hotdog in the middle horizontally.
  • Third, place the triangle end over the hotdog.
  • Next, roll the hot dog with the crescent roll all the way up. Then continue with the remaining hotdogs and crescents.
  • Then place each pig in a blanket in a single layer on prepared air fryer basket about an inch apart.
  • Finaly, air fry for about ten minutes, until golden brown. And also, until the bottom of crescents are not soggy at 350 degrees.

Notes

Hint: When you are rolling up your crescent dogs, you can pinch the dough to form as you like it. This can especially help to cover more of the hotdog up.
Also, depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to make multiple batches.

Storage

Store any leftover pigs in a blanket in an airtight container or in plastic wrap. Refrigerate them for up to three days. They make a great option for lunch the next day.
