Equipment

  • 1 medium bowl
  • 1 spoon
  • 1 teaspoon For extra virgin olive oil or parchment paper.
  • 1 8x8 baking pan
  • 1 hand mixer or food processor
  • 1 Airtight container

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 4 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoon almond butter
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 ⅓ cups Greek vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Line a baking pan with parchment paper or use extra virgin olive oil to grease the pan.
  • In a medium bowl, add all of the ingredients together. 
  • With a hand mixer or food processor, mix the ingredients until well combined.
  • Spoon the mixture into an even layer in the baking pan.
  • Bake these health strawberry protein bars at 350 degrees for forty-five minutes.
  • After removing from oven, let cool.
  • Divide bars into eight squares and store in an airtight container.

After cooling at room temperature, store these healthy homemade strawberry protein bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
