Easy and Fluffy Homemade Waffle Recipe Without Milk!

Equipment

  • 1 Belgian waffle maker or another favorite waffle maker.
  • 1 Wooden spatula
  • 1 Large mixing bowl
  • 1 Whisk
  • 1 Tsp
  • 1 Tbsp
  • ¼ Measuring cup
  • 1 Cup
  • 1 Airtight container or freezer bag

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 Cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 2 Tsp. Baking powder
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 Pinch of salt
  • 1.5 Cups of water
  • 2 Tbsp. Vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • First, spray Belgian waffle maker with Vegetable oil or olive oil.
  • Next, combine the All-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, eggs, salt, water and vanilla extract into a large mixing bowl.
  • Then, using a whisk, stir the waffle batter until well combined.
  • Let waffle batter set for about 2 minutes.
  • Using the ¼ cup, scoop waffle batter and carefully pour onto one square or circle of the waffle maker.
  • Continue pouring ¼ cup fulls of waffle batter onto each square or circle of waffle maker. Depending on how many waffles your waffle iron makes at one time.
  • Finally, after 1-2 minutes, carefully raise your waffle maker lid, and remove your waffles with a wooden spatula and place on a plate to cool.

Notes

Top off your waffles with your favorite toppings.
If you have leftovers, store in an airtight container or freezer bag and keep in refrigerator. Your leftover waffles should keep for 1-2 days.
